Hi there! My name is J.A. Bell. I write essays on technology, politics, and the human condition (mostly my own), as well as short fiction. My work has been an editor’s choice at Medium, and has appeared in magazines and blogs around the world. My first book, With a Net: An Internet Memoir first appeared in 2012, and is undergoing editing for a second edition. I am also a Customer Success expert, with awards from companies like Apple. I live in Providence, RI, with one cat, Penny, and too many gadgets.
